Donors are contacts, so the man who gives every Rosh Chodesh is the same record as the parent whose son is in Kita Beis — and the office can see both without cross-referencing two systems. Every gift posts to the books as it is recorded.

- Receipts carry the school's registration details and can be produced per gift or per year; the specific national scheme is set up during onboarding.
