Every list is a report
The answer to most questions a school is asked is a filtered list, so every list filters, groups, totals and exports — and any arrangement can be saved as a view and shared as a link.
On top of that are the standing figures: enrolment by class and year, income against budget, arrears by age, attendance rates, donations by campaign. Each one is a screen you can drill into rather than a PDF someone produces monthly.
For the office
What a secretary, a bursar or a head of year can do with it.
- Filter, group, total and export any list in the system
- Save an arrangement as a view, and send its address to a colleague
- Enrolment, income, arrears, attendance and fundraising as standing screens
- CSV out of everything, for the accountant or the board pack
For whoever has to approve it
Where the data sits, who can read it, and what it connects to.
- Exports respect the caller's own permissions — nobody exports what they cannot see
- The filtered state lives in the URL, so a saved report is a link, not a stored query to maintain
Questions we are asked
- Can we build our own reports?
- Any list can be arranged and saved as a view. For anything beyond that, the AI report builder writes the query and shows you what it did.
- Can we get our data out?
- Yes, at any time, in full. It is your data.
