The driver has a screen of their own: the stops in order, a kerb photo for each, and one button that tells the families at the next stop that the bus is on its way. Parents see their own child's bus and nothing else.

- Do parents get told when the bus is coming?
- Yes, if you enable it — a notification per stop, in the app, by email or by SMS according to each parent's own preference.
- Do you track the bus by GPS?
- The driver marks progress stop by stop, which is what parents actually need and what does not require a device in every vehicle.
